Our fee is calculated as a percentage of a project’s construction cost. Why are percentage-based fees fair? How do they work?

When we begin a project, it’s nearly impossible to answer that question. There are simply too many unknowns. But as the project proceeds and the scope of work comes into sharper focus, it becomes easier to define an appropriate fee.
